In support of this rapidly expanding team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial title and escrow customers, ensuring their success throughout the real estate transaction. Your main responsibility will be to prioritize the delivery of superior customer service.As a Customer Success Partner, you will:
  • Serve as the strategic communication liaison between customers and the service team.
  • Identify a customer's unique needs, goals, and challenges in the title and escrow process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the process for an improved customer closing experience.
  • Capitalize on opportunities to grow business/market share from existing customers.
  • Onboard new customers, guiding them through a systematic process to facilitate decision-making around their needs and goals.
  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly.Core traits we're looking for:
    • Maintains highest standards of customer communication and service.
    • Works effectively in ambiguous circumstances, seeking clarity through asking questions.
    • Operates with a highly organized, process-oriented mind.Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • 6-10 years of directly related experience.
      • 3+ years of experience directly related to Customer Success, Account Management, Title Insurance, or a related role; with a proven ability to manage relationships in complex organizations, specifically within large enterprises.
      • Proven track record of superior customer service.
      • Advanced to Expert level MS Excel knowledge and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
      • Ability to work independently, while keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind for multiple accounts while maintaining trusted relationships.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers; uses various types of communication to meet customer expectations and build relationships.Pay Range: $75,400 - $125,600 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
