Position Overview : We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator based in RTP, NC. As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between our biotech/pharma clients and end-users at clinical testing sites and laboratories globally. Your responsibilities will encompass establishing and nurturing relationships, as well as overseeing various tasks and milestones across multiple concurrent studies. This role entails orchestrating day-to-day operations and facilitating seamless interactions among internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the successful execution of each project lifecycle. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a passion for client service, possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, execute tasks with precision, and exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills. What You'll Do : Cultivate and maintain relationships with TruLab's clients and users. Coordinate activities and interactions among diverse groups, both internally and externally, across multiple simultaneous projects. Monitor patient visits in real-time, offering proactive and reactive support to users. Communicate updates to client and manage effectively to drive timely project success. Collaborate closely with site staff and pharma employees to ensure seamless implementation and prompt issue resolution. Identify and mitigate risk factors to ensure successful deployments. Report directly to the Implementation Leadership team. What You'll Need : Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently with meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating actions across diverse groups of individuals. Proven experience in project management.
