Job Description:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they are fully supported and satisfied with EntyreCare's services.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, and work closely with internal teams to resolve any challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services and are on track to meet their goals.
  • Develop and deliver customer success plans and reports, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of EntyreCare's services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to better serve customers and contribute to the company's growth.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
