Customer Success Representative Berkshire County, MA Onsite M - F Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 Our client is seeking a customer success representative to support the internal team with client retention and support. You will be engaging with cross selling opportunities, project management tasks and ensuring that the clients requests are being met through new projects, order processing, estimating, and shipping tracking. Responsibilities:

• Be part of all new projects from inception to completion
• Developing and maintaining new and existing relationships with the customer
• Estimating and quoting new projects
• Inside sales, will be responsible for identifying cross sale opportunities with clients

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Customer Service Rep
• 2-3 years of paper industry experience
• Print and Program management skills a plus
