Description General Information:The Customer Success Rep will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of order information and must have the ability to anticipate customers' needs through proven listening and understanding skills that have been developed and demonstrated.Your Responsibilities:Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face.Support all internal marketing channels for identification and institution of best practices.Obtain and evaluate relevant information to develop and monitor processes.Log and enforce Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) to track customer complaints and drive corrective action.Drive requests and unresolved issues to the designated source for resolution.Participate in customer visits and training as needed; some travel required.Work in multiple computer systems/applications to accomplish daily tasks.Manage assigned backlog for timely drawing submittals and returns and product releases.Process new customer orders and change orders using the Hitachi Order Entry Program.Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your Background:Bachelor's degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager.Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:Operations, production, or marketing experience is favorable.Proficient verbal and written communication skills, including use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are desired.Understanding of SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
