Job Type Full-timeDescription$2,500 Signing Bonus*We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outside Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, proactively address issues, and ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our products. This role also involves closely working with internal teams to support project management, track customer interactions, and provide regular feedback.Key Responsibilities:Customer Success:
- Drive the growth of our product lines within foodservice accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as their primary contact for inquiries, issues, and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess needs, gather feedback, and log interactions.
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and maximizing product lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and contribute to new product development.
- Track customer sales trends and provide actionable insights to support growth.
- Identify and qualify prospects to expand the customer base, working with the Inside Customer Success Representative(s) for order management.
- Regularly update the pipeline and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
Project Management Support:
- Assist in managing customer-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes within scope.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements and timelines are met.
- Communicate regularly with the Market Product Manager and Business Unit Manager to ensure project alignment and customer needs are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and commercial, to meet project milestones.
- Work directly with Market Product Manager and Business Unit Manager on project progress.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare and proactively present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing challenges.
- Ensuring stakeholder accountability by setting clear expectations and providing regular updates
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on project risks, providing solutions to address any issues.
- Stakeholder performance reviews should be held regularly throughout the project's progress. Performance reviews are utilized to provide constructive feedback and promote continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, project management, or a similar role
- Strong interest in cooking and familiarity with culinary trends and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Highly curious and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
