Customer Success Specialist

Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist for a top manufacturing client on the East side of Rochester, NY. This position will be managing customer requests, coordinating RMA's and providing quotations, to support our client's engineering team! Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hrType: Contract to HireShift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Requirements:

• Provide quotations and technical documentation to clients
• Assist maintaining accuracy of service inventory levels
• Provide client support to ensure success from quote to order
• Process work orders and issue material requisitions for service
• Coordinate RMA's to provide quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, as required
• Follow-up on customer requests and communicate with customers to schedule RMA's
• Provide support to process tracking, expediting and recording of orders

Job Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma, required, B.S Degree in Business, desired
• Skilled in MS Office Suite Software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior ERP, Oracle and Salesforce experience, desired
• 2+ years of prior experience processing work orders, invoicing, customer and vendor support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
