As a Customer Success Specialist at PP, you will play a vital role in fostering relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their success with our cutting-edge learning systems. Customer Relationship Management: Youll be the go-to resource for managing customer relationships, building trust and rapport, and ensuring customers effectively integrate Paxton/Patterson's innovative educational programs into their curriculum. Your focus will be on aligning their goals with our solutions, helping to resolve challenges, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Account Growth & Expansion: Using your understanding of educators' unique needs and educational goals, you will identify opportunities to introduce them to additional Paxton/Patterson products and services that can enhance their classroom offerings. By providing tailored recommendations, youll help educators unlock the full potential of our solutions to improve student engagement and outcomes.
Product Advocacy & Promotion: Keep schools informed of the latest developments and improvements in our product offerings. Youll introduce new features, tools, and products to enhance the educational environment, providing students with the skills and experiences they need to succeed in real-world scenarios.
Responding to District Bids: You will be responsible for reviewing and responding to bids sent to us from school districts. This includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals are submitted on time, tailoring responses to meet district-specific needs, and following up to address any inquiries. Your attention to detail and understanding of educational procurement processes will be crucial to winning new business and maintaining strong relationships with district stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Paxton/Pattersons internal teams, including sales and marketing, to support customer engagement strategies. Youll also contribute to case studies and customer success stories and help drive customer referrals by highlighting their achievements with our programs.
LMS License Management: Ensure that customers remain up to date with their Learning Management System (LMS) licenses. Youll also confirm that they have access to the most recently released modules, enabling them to fully leverage our offerings and provide their students with the latest educational content.
First-Level Technical Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for level-one technical issues. Youll handle basic support requests such as password resets, shipping inquiries, and troubleshooting minor product-related issues, ensuring customers receive timely and effective assistance for these types of concerns.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Work Experience 2-4 years experience inside sales experience
- Outgoing personality Comfortable engaging with customers, not afraid of making phone calls.
- Attention to detail Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Task-oriented with follow-through Ability to complete tasks efficiently, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Proficiency with Excel, including functions, data analysis, and reporting.
- Deadline-driven Ability to adhere to deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
- Multi-tasking ability Capable of handling multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Project-oriented Enjoys working on varied projects and seeing them through to completion.
