TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Support/Order Entry Specialist to work on-site with a well-known scientific research company. If you have 3+ years of order entry and customer support experience and are looking to continue your experience at a great company - apply today!
+ Pay: $22.00-$28.00/hour
+ Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
+ In-office position: office is located in Plain City, OH
Job Details:
+ Responsible for all customer communication via phone and email (~15 calls/day)
+ Input orders that come via phone and email into Salesforce
+ Navigate through resources to answer questions on product, shipping, and order information
+ Analyze shipping information to answer specific customer questions
Additional Skills/Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of Order Entry and Customer Support experience
+ Ability to use resources and navigate multiple systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Websites, etc)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong problem solving and time management skills
+ Ability to work in-office M-F
