To support their continued growth and success in the U.S. and international markets, our client is now seeking a Customer Success Team Lead. In this senior role, you'll oversee a team of Customer Success Specialists, ensuring top-tier client service while driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Specialists, focusing on team growth and performance.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to your team.
  • Oversee relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring long-term success and growth.
  • Actively manage high-profile accounts, guiding strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Design and implement customer success strategies that align with client business goals and company objectives.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and assist in expanding services within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Participate in strategic discussions to align customer requirements with the product roadmap.
  • Serve as the escalation point for any critical customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Use customer success metrics (churn, NPS, etc.) to guide the team in improving initiatives and driving client engagement.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and ensure KPIs are met within your team.

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer success or account management, with a focus on enterprise clients, and at least 2+ years of leadership experience.
