Responsibilities:As a Customer Support Associate, you will: Provide professional and enthusiastic customer service, process customer orders, handle finance transactions, process cash, check and credit card transactions, proof and confirm accuracy on customer sales orders, complete reports, verify inventory, complete exchanges/returns, communicate with customers regarding order status, troubleshoot and research customer orders, use basic problem solving and customer service skills in dealing directly with customers to resolve issues, and balance/tie out cash drawers. In addition, CSA's will answer incoming phone calls for the company and store and assess caller's needs to complete requests or direct callers to specific departments/individuals.
*Must be ready, willing, and able to work day, evening, weekends and holidays.
*Must be open to travel to support various locations as needed.
