**What you'll do:**

* Working closely with product management, user experience and engineering teams applying your technical skills to resolve client issues/requests

* Managing a service desk system, and taking ownership of the troubleshooting escalation process

* Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and FAQs so that insights can be shared internally

* Providing feedback on customer service satisfaction to internal stakeholders

* Working with internal stakeholders to continuously improve products and services

**What you'll need to succeed:**

* Previous experience in a similar role in the finance, SaaS or fintech sectors

* Familiarity with Python, JupyterLab and common libraries such as pandas, NumPy

* Ability to thrive in an unstructured fast-growth environment and to work autonomously

* Creative problem solving and attention to detail

* Highly organized and able to manage and meet deadlines

* Good interpersonal and customer support skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Great to haves:**

* Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure)

* Previous experience in fintech start-ups and/or fast growth scale-ups

* Knowledge of hedge funds/asset management businesses

* Knowledge of investment products such as securities, and derivatives

* Genuine interest in quantitative research and systematic trading
