You will act as the direct customer interface for the Company. You will be the front line technical expert and work with the clients we then have having equipment issues. You will need to trouble shoot the equipment using an internet based diagnostic system and effectively communicate the resolution back to the client.Requirements:- Ability to exercise independent technical judgement in mechanical, electrical, electronic, firmware, and software technologies to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair IPA systems both on-site in hospitals and via telephone.- Dispatch and direct the work of third party biomedical technicians of IPA systems, including the selection and shipment of repair parts.- Perform Field installations of IPA systems.- Administer on-site training to third party techs.- Perform preventative maintenance and available upgrades with minimal supervision.- Initiate and complete service reports.- Travel: 75%- Base pay $22-$26/hr. plus lots of overtime- MVD offered- 401k: 50% match on first 4%- All travel related expenses paid for by company including meal- 10 days vacation, 6 six days goes up with years
