About the Role
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Management Support professional to join our Corporate and Catering programs. In this growing space, you will provide daily support and feedback on standard operating procedures, master internal tools, and engage with customers, merchants, and Dashers.
Your efforts will be pivotal in detecting fulfillment challenges early to ensure that issues do not become widespread. You will also contribute to the launch of new pilot initiatives to test and expand our business. As part of our Emerging Categories operations, your work will directly impact the success of the business.
