Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Customer Support Manager to sit onsite Monday-Friday 8-5 in Midland TX. This is a direct hire salaried role, with no commission structure. The Customer Support Manager is a liaison between the customer and the company. The CSM is responsible for maintaining the relationship between the customer by understanding, implementing, and communicating the needs of the customer to management. Meet/communicate with customer on a daily basis to understand their needs. Communicate with Operations Manager and Corporate Account Rep to discuss needs and ways to implement. Provide market intelligence/competition/trends/status/progress to manager and established information sharing channels. Frequent personal contact with key client personnel to develop an understanding of current and future projects/expectations. Follow up to ensure personnel and equipment needs are available as needs change for the customer for the job at hand. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentation, closed sales, and follow-up activities with supported customer. Travel up to 50% of the time.
