Our manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic customer service representative. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee customer accounts, address inquiries, and document interactions, all while delivering outstanding service via phone and email. We're seeking a proactive individual who excels in a dynamic environment and is ready to make a difference in customer satisfaction and support.
salary: $24 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
+ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns.
+ Manage customer accounts by processing orders, providing updates, and maintaining accurate records.
+ Document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in the company's system.
+ Collaborate with the repair and distribution teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
+ Identify and escalate any issues requiring additional support or resolution.
+ Work efficiently in a small office with a quiet, focused environment, alongside other team members in cubicles.
+ Assist in coordinating logistics with the warehouse team for accurate and timely product distribution.
