Job DescriptionCustomer Support Representative - Evansville, INADM Ag Services & OilseedsThis is a full time, nonexempt position This colleague will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for customers within the ADM Ohio River Valley region.As a member of the Customer Support Team, this individual will represent ADM by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities
- Partner with the Origination Team to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers
- Obtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systems
- Review various reports daily to balance, ensure accurate application, etc.
- Process customer requests and respond to inquiries
- Research and obtain resolution of any customer issues
- Process settlements and monitor accounts receivable
- Cross training on all CSR responsibilities
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned by manager
Skills and Qualifications
- A service-oriented focus on both internal and external customers
- Ability to multitask, adapt and preform consistently in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in and work as a team
- A positive customer centric disposition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- The ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as needed
- Experience using internal systems is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or previous Customer Support experience is preferred
- Decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail
