  • Provide prompt, accurate, professional customer service
  • Assure deposit account information is accurately recorded, maintained and monitored
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally assuring proper and appropriate distribution of calls
  • Refer appropriate products and services to telephone customers
  • Assure deposit account data entry is processed and verified according to standards and procedures
  • Schedule appointments for loan customers
  • Conduct account research
  • REQUIRED
    • One year of customer service experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Outlook
