**Customer Support Representative**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for the primary communication and support to the companys existing client base. Through your work, you will help develop and maintain a positive, long-term relationship with the clients. You will be responsible for training clients as well as research and troubleshoot any potential issues.
**Responsibilities**
Develop and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
Train new clients on how to use the software via phone or webinar.
Troubleshoot any problems. Research solutions to client questions about the software or other payroll and tax issues.
Document all client communications in appropriate systems.
Perform a variety of tasks for quarter- and year-end processing.
Provide backup assistance to other specialists, as needed.
Effectively work as a member of the team.
Regularly contact clients to educate them on additional products and services available.
Perform entry of payroll information, as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
Payroll or accounting experience.
One year of prior office experience, preferably in a client services role.
Excellent communication and support skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Effective organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented position.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
