TEK Systems is hiring Customer Support Representatives for a large and successful banking client in the Westborough, MA area!All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Join our team and work in a Hybrid collaborative and supportive environment. Customer Support Representatives will have the rewarding opportunity to help our clients through transactions and problem resolution.Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 8:00 pmTraining: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pmHybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteDescription:

  • Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling, and servicing all types of security transactions.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
  • Records details about customer inquiries.
  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
  • Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
  • Familiarity with MS Office required.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (business, communications are most successful, but they are open) AND Customer Service Experience (retail)
  • OR Elevated call center customer service experience
  • High level of professionalism
  • Clear communication skills
  • Must have an interest in finance
