Randstad is working with a client on a remote contract Customer Service opportunity. The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality, tech, healthcare or restaurant background. The Customer Support team will need to be able to support Central time zone hours Monday through Saturday 8-6. If you feel that you could be a good fit, please apply now.

Salary: $19 - $20.68 per hour

Shift: First

Work Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation tactics to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Address merchant and delivery driver (dasher) issues with empathy and urgency.
• Spearhead and execute workflows to ensure we meet exceptional Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify trends and share insights with broader teams to help improve processes.
• Develop deep expertise in our products, processes, systems, and tools.
• Be a foundational member of a collaborative team that delivers world-class customer service for an industry-leading platform.
