Universal AgentsCall Center Rep:are sales representatives who are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possessexceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desireto please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Multichannel Support:Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message and others.
  • Comprehensive Customer Assistance:Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking an appointment tocustomers'general inquiries.
  • Assistthe customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule.
  • Following through on lead opportunities.
  • Proficiently and accurately capture customers' situations and details.
  • Develop rapport with customers with an upbeat attitude.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Any other related tasks needed.
  • Cross-Functional Tasks:Perform tasks across different skills, such: booking appointment (sales), customer care, and digital, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Problem Solving:Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide efficient and effective options, demonstratingflexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer requests.
  • Follow-Up and Escalation:Oversee follow-up activities and escalate complex cases.Identifyand escalate priority issues to management, ensuring they are promptly addressed and reported.

Qualifications:
  • Flexible andavailable to work any assigned shift.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service (required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
  • Basic to medium computer skills(includingnavigation, copy/paste functions, opening tabs, and managing emails.)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plusbut not required.
Pay:
  • Competitive hourly pay rate

Schedule
  • Eight-hour shifts
  • Sunday through Saturday.
