Randstad is supporting a wealth management firm who is looking to hire for their Customer Support group in Columbus. The ideal candidate will have experience providing inbound customer service and able to provide world-class-service to the clients. Training will be standard business hours; however, flexiblity is needed after training as you could work any 5 day 8-hr shift between Sun-Sat 6am to 10pm. Responsibilities

+ Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client's accounts.

+ Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

+ Functional support areas include client's Cash Management products and services, Company's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.

+ Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
