Job Description:

Apex Systems is searching for multiple Customer Support Reps to assist our healthcare client located in San Diego, CA. We are looking to submit qualified candidates for interview consideration as early as this week.

Role: Customer Support Representative

Pay Rate: $22-23/hr ($33-34.50/hr for overtime hours)

Location: San Diego, CA

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Mon-Fri normal business hours, we also have part time schedules available!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Field high volume of calls: 50-100 calls/day
  • Filling appointment slots.
  • Help with inbound calls, appts, and/or schedule changes

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of CSR experience, call center or inbound environment is a HUGE plus
  • Empathetic and warm to customers
