Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer interactions with the utmost respect and compliance
• Assist customers in enrollment/sales process based on individual client campaigns
• Attend training sessions provided by our Executive team and Clients
• Report on market trends based on customer and community interactions
