We are tobacco and drug free Campus at GloryBee.Your Contributions to the Team :The Customer Support Representative at GloryBee plays a critical role in managing customer interactions and order processes, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry through delivery. They handle the entire order lifecycle using ERP and CRM systems, process EDI transactions, and oversee end-to-end fulfillment.Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, they collaborate closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounting teams to provide real-time updates, resolve issues, and ensure orders align with inventory and customer specifications.What We Are Looking For:Primary Skills+ Experience in order processing, fulfillment, and EDI transactions, preferably using ERP and CRM systems.+ Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing and effectively communicating order timelines.+ Customer service expertise with excellent communication skills to handle inquiries and manage resolutions.+ Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehouse, and accounting.+ Ability to work closely with sales teams to meet account-specific requirements and support sales strategies.+ Problem-solving skills for managing escalations and troubleshooting order issues.Additional Skills+ Detail-oriented and proactive in managing order compliance and meeting customer requirements.+ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.+ 2-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field, with specific experience in EDI processing.+ Strong attention to detail, with experience managing orders across multiple systems to ensure accuracy.+ Familiarity with ERP systems and EDI tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, SPS, or other EDI platforms).+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Why You Should Join the GloryBee Family:+ Dynamic, forward-thinking company that is passionate about healthy living, sustainability and quality, natural ingredients and products+ Rewards and recognition for superior performance+ Collaborative environment fostering teamwork and accountability+ Opportunity to work for a company that positively impacts people's lives+ Exceptional benefits program including medical, dental and vision, along with healthy living reimbursements, generous 401(k) match, competitive paid time off and liberal holiday schedules+ You will be embraced by company culture that is very much that of a family and acquire over 100 new family members
