Customer Support Representative (Vehicle Replacement)Training: June 17, 2024Production Hours: 8a-8p EST 7 days a week Schedule: Production schedules will be determined after training and will be based on client's needs Location : On site 111 Roberts Rd Suite 400 Grindstone, PA 15442 About The Vehicle Replacement Services Representative: This role handles reservations for insurance & fleet replacement rentals via incoming calls and texts as well as managing insurance rentals to policy limits and billing inquiries. Responsibilities:
  • Place outbound calls and texts to customers, insurance adjusters and body shops.
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and insurance adjusters.
  • Create, book, or update existing reservations.
  • Update customer adjuster authorizations
  • Input information from interactions into customer management system.
  • Look up insurance information to provide answers and inform customers what services they are eligible for.
  • Explain process clearly and professionally.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to service customers.
  • Empathize and de-escalate upset customers.
  • Quickly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.
  • Handle company-based fleet replacement vehicles
  • Manage Length of Rental (LOA) based on approved insurance eligibility requirements
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a HS Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation to office
  • Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task between different systems and job responsibilities.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm or greater.
  • Friendly, Energetic, and personable attitude
  • Empathetic personality for customer situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently.
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Good organizational skills and work habits
  • Ability to work alone with minimal assistance.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends.
  • Fast learner to process changes.
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
  • Prior call center experience
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Able to pass background check and drug test.
