**Customer Support Specialist**
at Domain Money New York, NY / Remote **The Role:** Customer Support Specialist **The Team:** Our customers know that they can come to the Domain Money Customer Support (CS) team with any and all questions about their Domain Money account. The CS team is responsible for ensuring that all customer questions are answered efficiently and accurately, ensuring a world-class customer experience. The CS team is also responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and acting as the voice of the customer, offering feedback directly to the Executive and Product teams on how our customers experience can be improved. We are looking for individuals who are excited to join as an integral part of a fast-growing team and company. * Creative thinker and strategic problem solver
* Ability to quickly and calmly answer and resolve customer questions and issues
* Ability to effectively work independently, and as part of a team
* Interest in personal finance, crypto, stocks, bonds, and furthering Domains mission
* You get a rush when you come up with an elegant or unique solution to a difficult problem
* Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, and the financial services industry
* 3+ years experience providing customer support via email, chat, or phone
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to overlap at least half of your working hours with the Eastern Time zone (you must also be based in the United States)
* Experience working in personal finance, securities, or crypto
* Well versed with ticketing systems like Intercom or Zendesk
* Relevant experience in financial services, technology, iOS/Android apps
* Previous experience replying to reviews in the App Store and Play Store
* Experience with KYC, financial regulations, fraud, and AML
