Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Peoria, IL - 1 day Work from the office, 4 days work from home
Duration: 12 months with a possibility of extension
- Provide customer support and dealer support for various product technologies.
- Handle escalations, including identifying resolutions for complex customer and dealer issues.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in troubleshooting and resolving escalation cases.
- Vendor management experience is critical for handling relationships and ensuring proper escalation processes.
- Ensure knowledge documentation is maintained for future reference and streamline support processes.
- Handle and triage tickets efficiently while working with Tier 1 agents.
- Ensure consistent and professional CRM use (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
Qualifications: - Education: A bachelor's degree is not required but would be a plus.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer support, triaging, ticket handling, and problem-solving. Experience in contact center operations is essential.
- Experience over 10 years would be over qualified
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRMs (not mandatory but beneficial).
- Experience with web browsing, digital tools, and creating/updating knowledge articles in Salesforce.
- Analytical skills to review and handle tickets, escalations, and customer reports.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- The ability to work with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
