Job Summary: We are growing and hiring Customer Service Representatives to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding policy information. You will also process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be high energy, customer centric, have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, patience and have experience working in the insurance industry, call center and proficient in computers. Responsibilities Include:
- Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
- Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
- Document all client communication across several platforms
- Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
- Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Associates Degree
Things to know: - Rotating schedule includes hours between 11:30am-8:00pm Monday through Friday with mandatory Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
