Hiring Customer Support Specialists for a large tech company in Tempe AZ! Must be able to work onsite.

Job Description

Associates will need to be local to Phoenix and will work Wed-Sun Thurs-Mon Fri-Tue or Sat-Wed schedules to start and transition to more preferred schedules after conversion. They will need to be in office 3 days per week and remote the other days. The first 3 weeks of training will be all in office.

SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

We are in need of head count to support managing active network disruptions in the DM space. The associates will be working cases WIMS and take phone calls for all people in our supply chain.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Critical thinking and problem solving

* Minimum 1-3 years in a customer support role

* Entry level knowledge of MS Excel based tools familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data

* Must be flexible to work all shifts day or night and some weekend shifts as needed as this team provides tactical support to fulfillment network 24 hours/day 7 days/week

PREFERRED SKILLS

* 2 years work experience in logistics/transportation industry

* A completed Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or 2-4 years work experience in the logistics/transportation industry

* Entry level knowledge of MS Excel based tools familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-Call Center background required; taking 60-80 calls per day

-Aptitude and ability to work in the grey These calls are not scripted and associate must be able to solve problems quickly

-Deep diving each issue, use critical thinking, de-escalate and ultimately find a resolution

-Ability to navigate multiple systems and tools to find a path to a solution

-Adaptability as rules and processes can change often

-Experience and successful in a performance driven role; heavy metrics driven role
