Ebix Health's Customer Support group provides end user support for our suite of software solutions. The Customer Support Specialist is a highly visible position responsible for first level support to our customers.
We look for results-oriented people who have initiative, a good attitude, the ability to learn quickly, a willingness to succeed, and who truly enjoy helping people.
Responsibilities will include:
* Answer, research, and resolve support requests via phone, email and web in a timely and friendly manner
* Provide regular reporting on status of support requests, outstanding issues, activities and achievements
* Troubleshoot customer issues related to installations or general use of software
* Continually work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our support services
* Communicate with internal resources on level 2 and 3 support logs
Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting software applications
* Ability to solve problems quickly and methodically
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Independent self-starter with the ability to multi-task
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
* Computer literate with knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
* Ability to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST
