Customer Support Specialist
Location: Onsite position in Tampa, FL
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Duration: Long term temporary, with potential for permanent placement
Pay Rate: $20-23 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding mortgage loans.
- Provide accurate information and guidance, ensuring efficient resolution of customer questions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall support experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support in a call center environment.
- Pre-employment background check and credit check required.
- Familiarity with mortgage loans or financial services is a plus.
- Proven stability in prior employment.
- Strong customer service acumen and a personable demeanor; enthusiasm is key!
- Experience working collaboratively in a team setting, along with strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
