What we'll get you doing:

* Respond to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders.

* Collaborate with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-related products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-ups.

* Assist customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.

* Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat softwares to document interactions and provide support appropriately.

* Work to meet global and regional sales revenue goals and associated KPIs.

* Provide world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

* Perform other job-related duties that may arise, as requested by customers and/or management.

The essential requirements of the role include:

* Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology, etc. required.

* One year of Sales experience or Customer Service experience.

* 1 year of exposure chromatography and/or sample preparation.

* A strong desire to cooperate in a teamwork environment.

* Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.

* Ability to quickly master new software.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
