Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:The Sam's Club Team Leader is a dynamic, fast-paced position that will set the strategy and vision for a team of field sales professionals and cross-functional specialists to maximize Clorox's relationships and business results. This leader will achieve company and customer objectives by working closely to link the internal business unit (BU) objectives with customer plans. This role requires a deep level of influence and understanding of the Clorox business units as well as Sam's Club.In this role, you will:Engage our People as Business Owners:Inspire and encourage team members to take personal ownership of their role and have a clear understanding of the impact on the broader organization.Educate teams and team members on what is required to craft and deliver strategic, omni-channel plans.Facilitate connection between the Sam's Club team, cross-functional partners, and Clorox BU leadership.Lead in the space of inclusion, diversity, and belonging.Drive the Business:Enable profitable growth through leadership and development of strategic direction for the Sam's Club team.Lead the execution of volume, net sales, AMPS and profit objectives for Sam's Club.Customer Planning and Development:Develop relationships with senior leaders at Clorox.Develop collaborative and transparent relationships with Sam's Club merchants.Understand and drive both internal and external/customer business planning processes.Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste:Ensure team has knowledge and tools to drive growth.Drive connection between customer team and cross-functional counterparts.What we look for:Minimum of a BS/BA degree.Sam's Club or Club channel sales experience.Multi-functional team leadership and direct people management skills.Joint Business Planning / Internal business planning.10+ years of CPG / CPG external (Field/Customer) / CPG internal (Sales Planning/Sales Strategy).Strong customer knowledge.Consultative/solution selling to include the ability to leverage cross-functional partners and ability to influence up; negotiation skills.Strong communication with broad range of audiences, including senior leaders.Works outside the enterprise to learn and generate opportunities that create value for the company; ability to recognize and drive good growth.Creating and nurturing a category strategy and business plan.Ability to lead a multi-functional group and get things done through others (insights, category, finance, supply chain/logistics, shopper marketing).Applies sound judgement and moves forward with confidence despite ambiguity or imperfect information.Ability to assess stakeholder needs/environmental awareness.Strong financial acumen.Workplace type:Hybrid: This position will be onsite in the Bentonville office 3 days a week, working remotely the other 2 days.We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
