Our team consists of value consultants who advise our sales leaders, customers, and prospects on strategies to unlock value with Workday solutions. The Value Insights & Advisory organization is made up of teams dedicated to researching and understanding the business outcomes Workday drives for our Customers, partnering cross-functionally to enable Workday's Value Realization framework, building out Value Management's messaging and thought leadership strategy, and advising on our largest, most strategic oCFO engagements.About the RoleThe Customer Value Insights Manager will be a new role within our Value Insights and Advisory organization responsible for [a] partnering cross-functionally with Value, CX, Marketing, and Product teams to increase and leverage our supply chain of customer value data and [b] generating impactful customer insights and thought leadership that supports our GTM motions.ResponsibilitiesThought Leadership & Value Messaging: Deploy our value benchmarks within timely thought leadership and value messaging that supports Workday's impact on resonating industry and business themes in the marketplaces we serve.Customer Value Insight Advisory and Advocacy: Operate as a subject matter expert on the aggregate or average outcomes our Customers are realizing across the full Suite. Present customer evidence in public forums or within Customer Executive meetings.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration with other GTM and Product stakeholders to facilitate greater customer insight collection and utilization.About YouBasic Qualifications 5+ years of domain experience over multiple years in value management or management consulting.Other Qualifications Past experience in Customer Research and executing upon data-driven thought leadership, preferably in the technology or business realmExperience working with data to generate meaningful benchmarks and insightsExperience delivering results in a matrixed organization or cross functional environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPossess an entrepreneurial mindset: Comfort with ambiguity with the ability to take on new challenges and responsibilities and deliver against your own internal clockWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
