Meet or exceed production goals as established for the shift worked. Maintain attendance as defined in current published employee handbook. Ensure all products meet requirements as defined by the Plant's Quality Management Systems. Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO14001 EMS Guidelines. Compliance to all operating procedures. The Cutline Associate is accountable for re-spooling and partial packaging quality product. This person is able to produce such product from up to six pieces of production equipment (at least four). This person will understand the SAP Operating System to a level that allows him/her to maintain transactional integrity in their daily role. Be qualified to operate a forklift as needed. Work to maintain 6S/Safety Standards.
