RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Your ImpactAs a member of the GM Card team, you will work closely with the consumer card new account growth and retention business lead. You will join the team focused on holistically growing the consumer card segment. The team is responsible for strategy development and implementation to acquire new business, deepen engagement, and advance the experience. The role will work with the partner, and internal teams including marketing, risk, servicing, design, and operations to meet our GM card goals:

  • Contribute to building a mutually beneficial relationship between Marcus and the partner
  • Assist in developing a multi-channel customer acquisition strategy, including defining pricing and offer strategy
  • Work with marketing and analytics team in driving cost efficiencies through customer segmentation and targeting
  • Carry out market data analyses and define strategies to help gain market share
  • Assist in the design, development, evaluation and monitoring of test and learn strategies that help optimize customer acquisition process
  • Represent the team across Marcus to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives and when required coordinate the efforts with the partner
  • Be part of the development of a new and innovative ways to experience consumer cards
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Product, Strategy, Marketing or Analytics role with Consumer Credit Card product
  • Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
  • Effective communicator who will present results highlighting the broader commercial and strategic impact
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines, and have the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities
  • Desire to learn and be part of developing new ways of doing business in the credit card space
  • Bachelor or Masters degree
