RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Your Impact

As a member of the digital card acquisitions team, you will work closely with key stakeholders to create and deliver the strategy for new card acquisitions. You will join a team focused on building a first class acquisitions engine across the digital landscape leveraging existing and emerging channels. You will also be responsible for ideating and managing tests to optimize card originations. Responsibilities:

  • Create/Implement/Assist with digital card acquisition strategies across all digital channels such as Affiliates, Email, Paid Media, Paid Social, Web, Mobile, SEM, SEO etc.
  • Liaise and problem solve opportunities with key stakeholders across the firm including product owners, technology, legal and compliance.
  • Write and review requirements for new technical implementations in JIRA
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to optimize card acquisitions
  • Partner with data and analytics to read results and provide actionable insights and learnings
  • Identify opportunities to improve the acquisitions funnel using our vigorous test and learn approach

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital card acquisitions or comparable vertical, preferably in the Finance Industry
  • Prior experience in some or all of the traditional digital acquisition channels: Affiliates, Email, Paid Media, Paid Social, Web, Mobile, SEM, SEO is preferred
  • Passion for new customer acquisitions
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Knowledge of JIRA and agile methodology preferred
  • Must be able to interface and collaborate with a diverse cross functional team with a large emphasis on technology
