Join our team today and make Aerospace history!About the Role:The Air Force Test Center is looking for a Full-Time Cyber Security Chief/Advanced Programs Deputy, (NH-2210-04) to work in AEDC/AP at Arnold Air Force Base.In this position you will serve as the AEDC Cyber Security Chief/Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in support of the acquisition, development, or sustainment of weapon systems, subsystems, and/or support equipment. Supports all DoD and US Government Classified, Sensitive and Unique test programs of AEDC in a Secure, Streamlined and Effective manner. Provides Complex resources planning, programming, budgeting and execution for SAP IT infrastructure across the Complex. Develops, implements and is accountable for security procedures to protect classified aspects associated with these projects, including SAP information security. Provides thorough technical evaluation of AEDC contractor support to the SAP IT.APPLY NOW! The 180-day waiting period has been waived for AFTC to hire recently retired and/or retiring service members.Desired Skills-Strong communication skills-Program Management Experience-Contractor Oversight ExperienceMajor Duties-Serves as the AEDC functional manager for Information Assurance-Performs professional computer science work-Assists in planning, organizing and overseeing the activities of the unit-Oversees a mainly contractor workforce to ensure SAP ATOs are maintained across the complex-Establishes/defends budgets and monitors execution to ensure SAP IT infrastructure is maintained/improved to sustain SAP test mission across the complexQualifications/Requirements:-U.S. Citizenship-Obtain & maintain a Top Secret Security clearance-This is a designated Drug Testing Position-A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering from an ABET accredited institution is required (MS is desired)-DAWIA Certification in Engineering & Technical Management at the Practitioner Level is required within 2 years of selection-This is a cybersecurity position; the employee will attain appropriate DoD approved cybersecurity baseline certificate IAW DoD 8570.01-M-10 Years of Experience working in a SAP environment-Incumbent is required to file a Financial Disclosure Statement (OGE-450) annually-Incumbent is subject to initial, periodic and random counterintelligence (CI) scope polygraph examinationsAir Force Civilian Service Employment Benefits:Paid Time Off:-11 Federal Holidays off per year-Vacation time (Annual Leave) accumulates based on length of employment.
