MANDATORY SKILLS: The Candidate shall have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience: Candidate Support Demonstrated experience using social media platforms and an understanding of how these platforms operate, to include use of fraud detection techniques. Demonstrated experience in advanced cyber operations to include knowledge of internet protocols, IP addressing, and use of virtual machines and emulators. Demonstrated experience working to mitigate the impact of geolocation and fraud detection on operations. Demonstrated experience and detailed knowledge of Directives (ICDs) related to cybersecurity, to include internal processes. Demonstrated experience using critical thinking skills to innovate and resolve issues. Demonstrated experience securely working with and designing websites and an understanding of the risks and proper use of encryption technologies as well as commercial messaging applications. Candidate Support Demonstrated JOOMLA website development experience (release 3.10.11 or later) to include experience as an administrator. Demonstrated experience or knowledge of Client documentation. Foreign language capability in Arabic, Swahili, French, Pashto, Russian, Turkish, or Somali. Candidate Support Demonstrated experience with the Clients mission and its unique mission requirements, tools and processes. Demonstrated experience with Client Enterprise training systems and components. Demonstrated experience successfully navigating the Clients curriculum review and approval process. Demonstrated experience as a privileged user with access to Client training systems and databases to create, load and edit technical content, manage enrollment and grant course credit. Demonstrated experience planning organization-wide meetings or training. Demonstrated experience with the requirements and procedures related to the Clients review board process, required for the approval of new networks, tools and systems. Demonstrated experience working with Clients commercial vendors to integrate and provide workforce access to commercial systems on Client networks, as well as subscription-based data, software and tools. Demonstrated experience developing systems, processes or tools with direct application to the Clients unique mission. Demonstrated experience using Client collaboration and communication tools. Demonstrated experience creating and distributing minutes or after-action items. Demonstrated experience in the Clients space, with specific systems, processes, policies and possessing supporting knowledge of operations. Demonstrated experience with Clients knowledge management databases and repositories. Demonstrated experience in the technical development of data analysis or knowledge management systems (applicable professional certifications).
