Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Architecture: Design and implement cybersecurity architectures for clients, based on their specific needs and requirements. This includes evaluating existing systems, developing customized security solutions, and implementing security controls.
- GRC: Provide comprehensive advisory services on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This includes conducting gap analysis against relevant international and local regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and internal policies to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Project-based Advisory: Provide insights and recommendations on security best practices, risk management, and compliance requirements tailored to clients' unique business needs. This can be done through engagement on specific cybersecurity projects or on an ad-hoc basis.
- Ad-hoc Advisory Support: Provide on-demand cybersecurity advisory support to clients, addressing their immediate security concerns and guiding them through incident response and remediation efforts.
- Security Auditing and Assessments: Conduct thorough security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and assess the overall security posture of clients' IT environments. This includes preparing detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
- Security Policy and Procedure Development: Assist clients in developing, refining, and updating cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related relevant discipline.
- 5 to 9 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or related certifications are good to have.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and client centric focus - ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all clients, partners, and users, internal and external.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Team player. Ability to collaborate and negotiate with members of team and members of other teams.
- Understanding of 24x7 mission critical cybersecurity environment.
- Ability to pro-actively learn new technology, processes and develop other skills.
- Able to pro-actively identify solutions.

- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks, problems, and requests in a high-pressure environment.
