Company:TelecommunicationPosition:Principle Cybersecurity Engineer (Sailpoint)Location:Dallas, TX 75201Schedule:HybridDuration:6 months Contract to hire rolePay Range- $75-85/hr rateJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal Cybersecurity Engineer to join our specialized team focused on the implementation and onboarding of a new SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring a robust stand-up of the platform and seamless application onboarding, aligned with enterprise-level security standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and onboarding of applications onto the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.Design and implement scalable solutions for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation strategies, timelines, and deliverables.Develop and execute testing plans to ensure system integrity post-implementation.Optimize workflows and configurations to enhance user provisioning and access management.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development.Document technical processes, runbooks, and best practices.Ensure integration with Active Directory/Entra ID, including the creation and management of groups and roles.Required Qualifications5-10years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).Proven expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and its ecosystem.Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise IAM platform implementations.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, PowerShell).Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and compliance standards.Experience using Active Directory/Entra ID management for creating and managing groups and roles.
