Position SummaryThe Cycle Count Coordinator will help develop and implement our Cycle Count program.This position is a hands-on position and it's estimated that approximately 75% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes, proposingand implementing permanent corrective actions.Shift Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 12:00 PM to 8:30 PMPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited to+ Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain an ABC approach to Cycle Counting+ Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms+ Document specific root causes when inventory inaccuracies are identified+ Understand FEFO, FIFO, organization of shelves and consolidation+ Identify and document root causes to inventory inaccuracies+ Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities+ Work cross-functionally with appropriate functions to develop correct actions plans to eliminate root causes identified and support the change processRequired Skills and Experience+ High school diploma or GED+ Minimum of two years Cycle Count or Inventory Coordination experience+ Effectively communicate cross-functionally in a collaborative manner+ Proficient in Excel and able to develop clear and concise spreadsheets and reportsPreferred Skills and Experience+ Associate's degree or equivalent experience+ Experience in a production environment+ Experience in a food production environment+ Ability to be trained on PIT Equipment to include forklifts and scissor liftsPhysical Requirements+ Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms+ Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen+ Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch+ Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds+ Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus+ Able to perform repetitive movements+ Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)**Company Overview**Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
