MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are key parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety as the number one focus for all duties and tasks. Participate in company safety programs and assist with incident investigations when applicable
- Must be able to pass and maintain powered equipment (forklift, etc.) certification which includes following all safety protocols, inspections, training, and recertification
- Utilize SAP transactions with 100% compliance throughout the warehouse and production movement process
- Communicate effectively with the Logistics Supervisor regarding approvals as well as inventory deviations. Some documented reporting will be required
- Continually review count findings, formulate improvements, and submit to the Logistics Supervisor for approval of actions
- Identify and report any defects whether inbound or within the movement process immediately to the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Team Lead
- Read, understand, and follow all policies within the training program and employee handbook
- Report any safety violations to supervisor or team lead immediately
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Maintain compliance of all monthly and annual training
- Other duties may be required

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 or more years in a warehousing/logistics role in inventory control
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Associate degree or higher post-secondary education
- Minimum of 2 years in a warehousing/logistics role with focus of inventory control
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP cycle counting process
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Communicate well through written and verbal methods
- Interpersonal skills that promote collaboration within multiple workstreams
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Duties are performed in a warehouse environment using industrial forklifts or other material movement equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Some overtime may be required depending on division's needs
