Location: Charlotte, NC 28277 - 4 days onsite

Duration: Direct Hire/Full Time

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a strong background in finance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our finance department and IT, ensuring that finance-related projects align with business objectives and deliver maximum value. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to D365 functionalities.
• System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of D365 Finance modules to meet specific business needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within finance operations and recommend solutions leveraging D365 capabilities.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and reporting to support finance decision-making and performance metrics.
• User Training: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate users on D365 features and best practices.
• User Support: Provide ongoing support to finance users, addressing any issues related to D365 and ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and external consultants to ensure successful implementation and integration of D365 Finance solutions.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with D365 Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software.
