The Role: Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Enterprise Data and Integrations, the D365 Administrator's primary role will be to serve as technical lead for implementing Dynamics 365 environments, including Finance and Operations (F&O) and CE modules. Your primary responsibilities will be to create, upgrade, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain the environments in Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Dynamics 365, add-ons, and associated business applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Power Platform environments.
- Implement system upgrades and patches to keep the environment up-to-date and secure.
- Facilitate data management between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (F&O and CE), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and manage security policies to ensure data integrity and protect against unauthorized access.
- Create and maintain backups and perform restores.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement performance-tuning strategies to enhance system responsiveness.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Provide technical support for the data platform and its integration with D365.
- Collaborate with the Group IT support team to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay current with emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and other relevant technologies and assess their applicability to our organization's architecture.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and systems using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of related working experience with proficiency in Microsoft D365 Administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with many Microsoft products, including M365, Azure, Power Platform, etc.
- Understanding of Security Roles within D365
- Understanding of Lifecycle Management in D365
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dev Ops (ADO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of security protocols, data privacy, and regulatory compliance about enterprise architecture, D365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel and collaborate with clients and other stakeholders when required.
