Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Data Entry Operator reports to the Location Manager and works closely with other location personnel to ensure accurate and timely entry of information into inventory systems in order to provide customer satisfaction throughout the seed manufacturing process. The Data Entry Operator will develop extensive knowledge of both internal and external customer systems. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Ensuring a safe, organized, and clean work environmentMaintaining accuracy and alignment of both external and internal inventory systemsGenerating process ordersMonitoring supply inventoriesEntering of product quality information / resultsEntry of production information and data in external and internal systemsAccurately scaling inbound and outbound productDirecting inbound loads to proper receiving pit or warehouse loading dockRequirementsRequirementsDetailed oriented to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracyAdvanced computer skillsSAP experience helpfulExcellent customer serviceAbility to handle changing work loadsPositive attitude
