More complex data needs will be a challenge within domain.Learning and able to interact with modeling techniques. May not yet be master of any one, but is on their way to be. Is able to understand and communicate simple results, but needs direction on where next to take the model(s).Works with superiors to understand evaluation metrics. Collaborates with superiors to plan out next action steps in the modeling process.Works with superiors on deployment.Familiarity with statistical or technical software. Varying levels of code efficiency. Focus on key areas of need to upskill code writing.Able to create basic visuals.Develops, configures, and tests data and metadata flows from specificationsPerforms data profiling and builds Data Quality rules from specificationsPrepares data policies, standards, and proceduresPerforms on-boarding and curation of data in enterprise data catalogKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker CharacteristicsHas a basic understanding of their team's domain, and how it contributes to overall business strategy.
