Credence is hiring a Data Analyst - Combat Ready Airman who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to: shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations...resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide personnel experienced with performing Combat Ready Airman (CRA) requirements collection and prioritization, individual protective equipment management and analyst activities, and in managing Class II clothing and textile items to include development of AF/functional area fielding and sustainment plans. Provide personnel with knowledge of FIAR requirements for accountability, supply demand planning and forecasting, and possess a general knowledge of Defense Logistics Agency-Troop Support sustainment procedures/processes. Complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for IPE managers using statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports as well as use data to create models that depict trends across the enterprise's customer base (MAJCOMs and Logistics Readiness Squadrons) and the user population as a whole. Provide data analysis for enterprise IPE inventory leveling and purchasing requirements and create prioritized list of needs for each IPE portfolio category (A-Bag, B-Bag, and C-Bag). Provide historical consumption models, make predictive requirements forecast recommendations for use by wholesale (DLA) and manufacturing planning, track all IPE related management metrics to identify trend problem areas, and assess possible root causes. Analyze business procedures and recommend specific types of data that can be used to improve upon them. Work with IPE managers to outline the specific data needs for each analysis project as well as track IPE management tasks, projects, and initiatives via an IMS using MS Project. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret BS/BA and three (3) years of relevant experience Six (6) years of relevant work experience Contractor personnel shall have experience in POM and PEC processes for enterprise level funding, resource planning and allocation Experience with HQ staffing and action officer experience to include drafting ready-to-send electronic mails, policy coordination, Items of Interest (IOI), and Bullet Background Papers (BBP), as well as experience collaborating across
